Your tasks:
- Coordination of the assigned construction segment on a deep foundation project according to our plans, instructions, specifications and quality standards within time schedule and budget
- Leading and supervising a team of equipment operators and laborers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities in your assigned segment
- Monitoring performance of the assigned staff
- Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines
Your profile:
- Training or apprenticeship in the construction industry or similar education
- Experience as foreman on construction sites, experience in the field of special foundation preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work independently and in teams of international composition
- Entitlement to perform work in Sweden, either being of a nationality from an European Union or EFTA country or having a residence permit/work permit title allowing to take over such job in Sweden
